Gastech 2026 brings a large energy exhibition and a multi-programme conference to BITEC from 14 to 17 September. The organiser offers a complimentary visitor pass as well as paid delegate participation, so the right registration depends on whether your priority is the exhibition, open feature programmes or premium conference content.
Record the current dates and daily hours
The organiser confirms Gastech 2026 at BITEC in Bangkok from 14–17 September. Published exhibition hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on 14 September, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM on 15 September, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on 16 September and 9:00 AM–2:00 PM on 17 September.
The shorter final day changes meeting capacity. Do not divide a four-day target list evenly. Place high-priority discussions earlier, use the final morning for follow-ups or a tightly grouped hall route, and reconfirm the hours attached to your own badge.

Choose exhibition visitor or conference delegate access
Gastech currently promotes complimentary exhibition visitor registration. Its visitor guide says the free pass includes the Gastech Network App, an on-floor networking lounge, the Supply Chain and Procurement Programme and complimentary feature programmes.
The strategic and technical conference offer uses delegate registration. Do not assume that a visitor badge opens every conference room, executive environment or invitation-only programme. Compare the current access table with the sessions that support your objective before paying for a delegate pass.
Build a route around energy value-chain areas
The current Gastech site organises the exhibition around areas including natural gas and LNG, hydrogen, low-carbon solutions, electrification, AI and digitalisation, shipping and marine, and EPC and gas processing. Start with the business problem rather than the largest company names.
The organiser states that the current edition is planned for around 1,000 exhibitors and 50,000 energy professionals from 150 countries. These are organiser forecasts for 2026, not attendance results. A large floor makes a focused route and pre-booked meetings more valuable.

Use current directories without overclaiming attendance
Gastech maintains a current A–Z exhibitor directory and confirmed-speaker information. Use the organiser’s 2026 pages to identify target organisations, then check the booth, pavilion or session immediately before scheduling a fixed route.
A sponsor logo, company directory entry and named speaker indicate different forms of participation. Record the evidence beside every target so your meeting plan does not turn sponsorship into a claim that a particular executive will be available on the stand.
Use the event app as a tool, not the plan itself
The complimentary visitor offer includes access to the Gastech Network App and AI-supported matchmaking. Complete a useful profile, define the counterpart you want to meet and propose a reason for the conversation rather than sending generic connection requests.
Export accepted meetings into a separate calendar with hall, booth, contact and purpose. Mobile connectivity and notification volume can become unreliable during a major event, so keep an offline version of the day’s commitments.
Plan BITEC access and Thailand entry
BITEC’s official guidance directs rail passengers to Bang Na BTS station, Exit 1, followed by the skywalk to the Welcome Hall. The venue states it is approximately 14 kilometres from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 39 kilometres from Don Mueang; distance should not be treated as a guaranteed journey time.
Gastech’s own travel page reminds international visitors to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. The official TDAC service says non-Thai foreign nationals submit within three days before arrival, including the arrival date, and submission is free. Check visa requirements separately for your passport.
