Confirm the 2026 venue footprint

The official FAQ confirms the festival at Singapore EXPO from 18–20 November 2026, using Halls 1–6 and Foyer 1 on Level 2. The organiser has not yet published the hall-access opening times in the FAQ and says those details will be shared closer to the event.

Do not substitute the venue’s general operating hours for festival admission hours. Use your final badge email and the current SFF FAQ for collection points, opening periods and security instructions when those details are released.

Compare passes by access, not only price

As reviewed on 27 September 2026, registration lists a complimentary Trade Visitor Pass, Executive at SGD 6,000, Delegate at a promotional SGD 1,000, Startup at SGD 550 and MeetUp at SGD 380. Policy and academic categories have separate eligibility rules. The Startup category is limited to companies incorporated within the past five years.

The registration page advertises Delegate savings through 30 September 2026 and displays SGD 1,500 as its standard rate. Startup is shown at SGD 550 against a standard SGD 650. These are dated prices, not a guarantee of the checkout total: confirm the applicable rate, taxes and access rights when booking.

Read the agenda’s Open and Premium labels

The 2026 agenda labels sessions by stage and access, including Open and Premium. Published sessions span the Festival, Founders, Catalyst and other stages. Build a shortlist first, then verify that your pass includes each selected session; a free trade badge does not provide every premium benefit.

The festival is organised around several rewiring themes spanning technology, policy, geopolitics, capital and talent. Use one primary theme and one secondary theme to prevent the agenda from becoming a collection of unrelated sessions.

Verify 2026 people and organisations at the source

The homepage and agenda publish 2026 speakers and participating organisations, while the FAQ still points to a 2025 directory in one answer. A previous-edition list can show the festival’s historical profile, but it does not confirm participation in 2026.

For every target organisation, identify whether the evidence is a current speaker listing, sponsor announcement, exhibitor entry or attendee-organisation record. Then use the official event app, once available, to check booth locations and request meetings without assuming that a named executive will be present.

Use the correct Singapore EXPO foyer

Singapore EXPO is served by Expo MRT station on the East–West and Downtown lines. The venue says the station is closest to Foyer 2 and Hall 6. For Halls 1–3, Foyer 1 is the nearer taxi or drop-off point; for Halls 4–6, use Foyer 2.

Because SFF spans six halls, agree on a hall, stage or information kiosk for meetings rather than saying “Singapore EXPO”. The organiser also advises visitors to travel light because random bag checks may take place.

Finish overseas arrival and badge preparation

Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoints Authority requires applicable travellers to submit the SG Arrival Card within three days before arrival, including the arrival day. ICA states that the service is free and that the SG Arrival Card is not a visa.

Festival registration is separate. The organiser says a confirmation email with QR code and confirmation ID will be sent closer to the event, while badge-collection locations will be announced later. Keep the immigration submission, visa check, event payment and badge email as separate checklist items.
